Export intelligence platform for 500,000+ Austrian companies

The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich) is the official representation of business and industry in Austria, serving over 500,000 member companies - the majority of them SMEs - across every sector of the economy.

WKÖ needed to equip its members, many without in-house research capacity, with a single authoritative view of global export opportunities. Raw trade and macroeconomic data from international statistical sources was fragmented, inconsistently formatted across reporting standards, and difficult to interpret without significant analytical effort - a barrier that kept many Austrian SMEs from pursuing international markets.

Delphidata designed and built an automated data pipeline that ingests, cleans, harmonizes, and enriches trade flows and macroeconomic indicators from a wide range of international statistical sources. The processed data is delivered through an interactive dashboard - the WKÖ Exportradar - featuring an interactive world map, side-by-side market comparison, multi-year trend analysis, and a risk-assessment layer combining population growth, R&D intensity, and digitalization indicators. The dashboard is embedded directly into the WKO member experience.

The WKÖ Exportradar is live and publicly accessible, used by Austrian companies as a default reference point for export market analysis. What was previously a labor-intensive analytical exercise is now a self-service tool - lowering the barrier to international expansion across the Austrian SME landscape and extending WKO's service offering with always-on market intelligence.
